I can't rate Alan and his staff highly enough.  From start to finish they explained everything thoroughly, were always very professional and made the whole process as easy as possible for me.  Both Alan and Paul are excellent to deal with and first class at what they do.  Feedback and updates were always given on a regular basis, thank you both.
